Entry ban constitutes a ground for refusing or revoking a visa or residence permit. If a foreign national is subject to a Schengen entry ban, he or she is not allowed to enter or stay in the territory of Estonia and another Member State of the Schengen Convention and the European Union.
In order to change the period of validity of the Schengen entry ban, the foreign national must apply to the Member State that applied the entry ban.
In order to check the validity of the entry ban imposed by Estonia, enter the foreign national’s given name and surname (in Latin characters as indicated in the travel document) and date of birth in the search field. If the given name or surname consist of several names, enter all the names as indicated in the travel document.
